Canon SD 200 camera repair?

I dropped my canon sd 200 camera and the lens seems to be stuck when i turn on/off my camera. It doesnt allow me to take any pics ...anyone know a quick repair suggestion in San Francisco?

1. I have had a similar problem with two different cameras (neither of which are mine, mine has never had a problem)in once case a good swift tap against the table fixed it (on the edge NOT THE LENS!! and the other time I had to send it to canon. The attached tricks are supposed to work although it isn't your specific camera.
