There is two brands. Canon PowerShot SD850 IS and PowerShot SD850 IS ELPH. Whats the difference?

1. They are the same camera. but I did not know the sd 850 had IS .......are you sure you are not looking at an SD 800 IS and an SD 850 ..... these are both Canon Powershots.
