Does my Canon Elph battery charger have dual voltage?

I have the basic rechargable battery charger and was wondering when I travel to Australia- where it is 220 volts, will it work? I know i need thing to change the plug- but do I also need a converter???

1. not necessary. just carry along a converter. the converter should have the ability to "convert" the power so your battery can be charged.
