Help with Canon Powershot SD750 Digital ELPH CAMERA?

Can I upload videos onto my computer? How do I edit the photos that I upload onto my computer? (uses windows)? Are there any free download-able programs for photo editor? Please help?!? Also, does anyone know where i can download safari?

1. the videos upload with the rest of the pictures. the canon cd will edit the movies and pictures
2. The most popular free picture editor is Picasa, which is made by google. The videos will download if you use 'Canon Camera Window' which is an option you can choose when you plug the camera in.
