I have a canon powershot sd1000 digital elph........?

.........and a 512mb sd card. the only problem is that it has a timer on how long it will record a video. it stops recording after 1:00 minute. is there a way to make it record longer? i even tried erasing everything in the memory but it only records for one minute.

1. Most compact digit cameras have a limit on the length of time they will record a scene. Just block your scenes to be less than one minute.
2. check the manual certain settings will give you longer times there is a full explanation in the manual
