I have already Installed the software, and when I plug in the USB cord to the computer and turn my camera on, the computer makes the "found new hardware" sound, but nothing will upload I have tried everything. Uploading works on other computers, and the camera goes into like 'uploading mode' but not on my own computer. whyyy!!!! can anyone help!? I don't know how to reply on this website haha, and yes I clicked on the device, it just pauses and nothing shows up... is my computer just messing with me I have Picasa as well! I love it, pretty much the best thing ever made. But it still won't upload. It's the weirdest thing. Should I uninstall the software then try?
