What are some really good photoshops for your computer that are compatible with my canon powershot sd750 elph?

im not looking for anything too expensive, the most im willing to pay is uh... $40.

2. Are you asking about photo editing programs? Photo Shop is a photo editing program but it is very expensive and professional photographers use it extensively.
