Can I charge my Canon PowerShot SD630 Digital Elph through the USB Cord that was included?

The USB is the cord to upload the pictures to computer but I don't have my charger, and I need my camera tonight, can I use the cord to charge it? Or is that only to upload?

1. No, you can not. It is only to upload.

Sorry but in order to charge your camera you will need to get a battery charger for your batterys because the only thing you can basically do with the USB cord is upload your photos but in order to charge your camera you will need to get a seperate charger and take the batterys out of your camera in order to get them charged or simply get new batterys
3. go to walmart and buy a charger with the rechargeable batteries.($15.00-$22.00)maybe even cheaper,i think they are on sale.
