How do I copy photos from my canon a460 (sd card) to my computer?

"Paste", is greyed out, and I can't drag and drop. I get the same result when plugging the sd card into my usb memory card reader/writer. I can copy files to my computer without a problem. Suggestions?

1. Hi.. You can always copy photos by a USB Card reader. The USB Card reader can be easily connected to your computer in your usb port and from there on you can transfer the photos directly.
