Canon digital camera - battery and charger?

I'd like to buy a canon ixus digital camera. I've checked the price on the internet but I couldn't make out whether the cost of the battery and charger is extra. Will I have to pay extra money for the battery and charger? Don't they come along with the camera, in the box itself?

2. It's part of the package. When I bought my canon camera it's comes with a package already.
