1. low yat plaza.. everything digital and electronic are there and are cheaper than anywhere else..
2. If you are White (even if you cannot speak any English), then you will get a good deal when you walk into a Kuala Lumpur shop. That's because the respect (i.e. are scared) of their colonial masters. If you are Asian (especially Chinese) they will treat you with disdain.
