Which of these 2 digital cameras are better the Samsung s850 or Canon SD1000?

If there is a different camera other than these that can do what I want it to do let me know. But i'm trying to find a camera under $200 price range. I wanna have a camera that takes really clear pictures. I want my skin to look like skin even with a flash. Cause I know other cameras have a tendency to look really blue and bring out the red. I don't want my skin to look blue in the pictures.

1. Canon. Regardless of which camera you buy you will have to actually READ & STUDY the Owner's Manual for it. Its the only way to really learn how to operate the camera. The problems you describe with other cameras "... a tendency to look really blue and bring out the red. I don't want my skin to look blue..." are problems caused by the person using the camera not knowing how to use the camera. Digital cameras do not possess "magical powers" that automatically make someone a competent photographer. If you want to get the best results from your camera you will have to READ & STUDY the Owner's Manual. Happy shopping.
