Which DIGITAL CAMERAS to buy? Heard CANON is the better brand. Need recommendations.?
Looking into buying a camera but did not know what to buy. Jus want a good quality pics, not blurry, better if zoom and image stabilizer available. Heard the no of mp is not that important, whats important is the ISO, what is ISO? How true is this? Budget: <$250. Living in singapore, where to get best price deals? Or better prices buying online? Need recommendations please...

- I prefer Nikon but all are just as good. ISO is film speed If you use a DSLR then It is a factor. If you are using just a digital camera then it is not. Most of them have a zoom lens. and take good photos. I would like to be in Singapore, the prices should be lower than Canada. Talk to a camera dealer a good one they can guide you into making a good chose that is right for you.

- yeah you should do a Canon, but Nikon's just as good. Some Sonys and Kodaks don't produce very good pictures, their flash is over done, etc.
- I have heard that Canon is the best but all the top brands are pretty good unless your a professional. If you have a budget I have a Panasonic TZ1 and its really good. I think that the lens is more important that the mp, but they are both factors. If you buy a really cheap no name brand cam with high mp's its not going to have as good a lens as say, Canon therefore your pic quality won't be as good. Good Luck!!!
