canon 1D or Canon EOS 400D?

if i had a choice out of these which would be best canon 1D (£100 - £200) Canon EOS 400D (full price) Canon EOS 350D (£400 ish) and why thank you for the last answers on my question

1. It all depends on what level of photography you intend to be working at. I have a 350d and it makes good A3 prints. The difference with the 400d is that you will be able to enlarge to A2 without much trouble, but if you aren't going larger then A3 it might be an idea to save money and stick with the 350d. The 1d will do you for everything as long as it's in good condition for the price - wake sure it is in good working order!!!
2.
