Cheap Canon EOS 40D / Canon EOS Rebal XTI?

anyone know where i can get either of these really cheap. Preferably the canon eos 40d. or does anyone have one they want to sell?

1. I have not seen any * reputable * dealers selling 40D less than the retailed price.

3. Digicombo.com has the body only for the 40D for $1060, which is more than $200 less than any one else. Cnet.com indicates that no one has rated this online retailer, so I would be leery of it. $1299 is pretty much the going rate everywhere else, body only.
